Front-End Service Leader: Customer Experience & Operations

Morrisons is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead front-of-store operations, ensuring fast, friendly checkout experiences and high service standards. You’ll manage checkouts, self-service areas, and the service desk on the shop floor, reporting to the Store Manager.

You’ll coach a large team, oversee queue management and customer satisfaction metrics, and drive a welcoming, down-to-earth service culture across busy trading hours.
