Waitrose, in partnership with DHL Supply Chain, is seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager for a brand new Avonmouth site. This permanent, full-time role offers a £38,000 – £44,000 salary and rotational shifts from 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00.
You’ll lead daily warehouse operations, drive productivity improvements, uphold safety standards and monitor performance. Strong leadership and excellent communication are essential to inspire the team and deliver top results.
