Group Product Manager, Partnerships & API

Flagstone is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the Partnerships tribe, coordinating Introducer, Bank, and API Partnership squads to shape a strategic product roadmap. You’ll align customer needs with business goals, driving growth in referrals, assets, and revenue.

You’ll mentor other product managers, use data to prioritise features, and collaborate with UX, Tech, Operations and Commercial teams in a fast-paced fintech environment.
