What you’ll be doing

• Play a key role in a major digital transformation, defining and shaping business process changes.
• Explore how things work today, analyze data, and spot opportunities for improvement.

• Partner with external service providers to keep delivery on track.
• Coordinate with other programmes and projects to manage dependencies and impacts.
• Bring clarity where documentation is limited by mapping out processes and user flows.
• Present clear, evidence-based insights and recommendations to drive decisions.
