Visual Merchandising Lead for Luxury Retail & Wholesale

Montblanc in the UK & Ireland seeks a Visual Merchandising professional to ensure consistent, high-quality VM across Retail and Wholesale channels. You will coordinate window campaigns, product launches, and store guidelines to maximise sales and support targets.

You will train store teams, monitor brand image, manage POSM and stock, and collaborate with field teams to deliver robust VM standards. Fluent English required; knowledge of SAP, Illustrator or Photoshop is a plus.
