Airport Ground Operations Duty Manager

TUI Group is seeking a Duty Manager for Birmingham Airport to oversee on-site operations, ensuring KPI and SLA delivery and rapid disruption recovery. You will coordinate station teams, ground handlers and third-party suppliers to maintain TUI standards.

You will report to the Airport Operations Base Manager, leading communications across TOCC and partner teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong English and proven leadership are essential.
