Autonomous General Manager | Drive Profit & Team Growth

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a motivated General Manager to lead one of our busy centres in the UK. You will be responsible for creating a safe, fun and vibrant environment for staff and guests while driving all four revenue streams: bar, diner, amusements and bowling.

You will manage a budget of at least £1m, deliver strong financial results and KPIs, and coach a team to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting.
