Position : Supply Chain Operations Manager .

Educational Qualification : University Degree – Supply Chain qualifications preferred.

Experience :
n
5-9 years of core FMCG operations experience, across Warehouse Management and Distributor as well as Key Accounts & e-Commerce channel support.
n
Min 3 years local UK experience dealing with import of goods and export to EU is a must.
n
n
Job Responsibilities :
n
MAIN TASKS
n
Manage Supply chain and logistics end to end from Demand Planning to Imports to
n
Warehouse & Inventory Management and Local as well as EU Export sales
n
Lead all activities relating to the supply chain & logistics function with the help of 1 team
n
member, including:
n
PFI creation as per details provided by sales team.
n
Order Entry as per sales file, delivery creation for the sales orders, PGI and invoicing
n
post-dispatch
n
Credit note creation for the shortage in orders or wrong invoice.
n
Effectively manage the distribution operations to ensure the smooth flow of the
n
finished products from the warehouses and customer locations.
n
Ensure complete stock accuracy preventing any stock inadequacy/excess. Conduct
n
stock audits regularly and ensure reconciliation with ZERO inventory difference.
n
Liase with 3PL service providers for day to day operations, highlight concern areas in
n
3PL performance to Track and monitor performance against KPIs; Implement
n
corrective actions to improve performance.
n
n
Responsible for reporting on key KPI’s (Fill Rates, Delivery Schedule Adherence, Vendor SLA
n
and KPI’s etc.)
n
Develop and review demand forecast for SKUs. Review historical sales trends, prepare and
n
evaluate forecast results. Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile
n
significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing
n
assumptions.
n
Tracking and Analysis of Slow moving and Near Expiry stocks.
n
Lead liquidation of near expiry stocks along with Sales and Marketing team
n
Create business analytics reports (Production plan v/s actual report, Stock Status, Ageing
n
Report, Points related to S&OP etc) and ensure continuous tracking of key indices.
n
Responsible for the resolution of issues related to receipts, dispatch, storage, damaged stocks
n
and returns
n
Address and liaison for any mismatch during receipts from any factory or warehouse or issues
n
to the distributors and execute corrective actions where required
n
n
Ensure settlement of insurance claims on account of shortages
n
Assist Line Manager in Negotiating contracts, monitoring the quality of service provided driven
n
by Data and facts
n
Facilitate import and export requirements, ensuring all relevant documentation is compliant to
n
ensure smooth transit of any goods into and out of the company and will deliver excellent
n
service levels to ensure on time delivery to customers.
n
Manage key relationships with logistics providers, carriers, and suppliers
n
Ensure quality procedures and working practices are adhered to and constructively suggest
n
where improvements can be made.
n

REQUIREMENTS
n
Supply chain experience in a global environment
n
Knowledge of UK, European and global import and export customs
n
Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
n
Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and different cultures
n
Superb organizational skills with a methodical approach to work
n
High level of attention to detail whilst working at pace
n
Self-starter

Experience of working within ISO9001:2015 procedures
