Sub Agent – Civil Engineering
Location: StirlingDuration: ASAP – Christmas 2026 / Early 2027Company: NARole: Sub AgentSector: Civil Engineering / ConstructionWe are currently seeking an experienced Sub Agent to support the Project Manager on a civil engineering project close to Stirling, starting ASAP and running through to Christmas 2026.
The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced Project Manager, providing support with the day-to-day management and delivery of work on site.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Project Manager with the day-to-day running of the project.Assist with coordinating site activities, labour, plant, and subcontractors.Monitor progress and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.Assist with site documentation, reporting, and quality control.Ensure health, safety and environmental requirements are maintained across the site.Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and the wider project team.Help identify and resolve any issues that may affect programme, quality or safety.Support the Project Manager in ensuring works are delivered in accordance with project specifications and programme requirements.RequirementsPrevious experience working as a Sub Agent, Site Agent, or similar senior site-based role within civil engineering.
QualificationsCSCS card.SMSTS qualification.First Aid certification.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering construction and site operations.Good organisational and communication skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a site management team.A proactive approach with a strong focus on health, safety, quality, and programme.
