Dementia Hwb Support Worker
Hours: 12 hours per week, 11am – 3pm (Days TBC)
Salary: £13.13 per hour
Location: Aberafan Shopping Centre and Swansea Quadrant Shopping Centre (Dementia Hwbs)
Dementia Friendly Swansea are seeking a proactive and compassionate individual for the role of Dementia Hwb Support Worker. This role is pivotal in helping volunteers and visitors to access the appropriate information available in the Dementia Hwb.
An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
