Intensive Support OT – Learning Disabilities

Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT) is seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join the Intensive Support Team for adults with learning disabilities. You will conduct high quality OT assessments and provide tailored interventions across community and inpatient settings to promote participation and independence in daily living.

As part of a multidisciplinary team you will develop care plans, monitor outcomes, and deliver training to carers and staff.
