Empower Adults in Derby: Support Worker (Supported Living)

Swanton Care & Community Ltd in Derbyshire is recruiting a Support Worker to help people who have moved on from more complex services live independently in their own homes. You will provide practical and emotional support, enabling individuals to pursue their goals while respecting dignity and diversity.

Shifts include days and nights, with full-time hours (37.5 per week). Full DBS and reference checks are required; sponsorship is not offered.
