Evening Mental Health Hospital Link Worker

Mid and North East Essex Mind is recruiting a Mental Health Hospital Link Worker to provide non-clinical, person-centred support in Colchester General Hospital. You will work within the UTC/ED, de-escalate crises, and connect individuals to appropriate services and resources.
