Job Description:
SwanseaCVS seeks a proactive and compassionate Dementia Hwb Support Worker to help volunteers and visitors access information at the Dementia Hwb. The role is 12 hours per week, 11am – 3pm, with days to be confirmed, based in Aberafan Shopping Centre and Swansea Quadrant Shopping Centre (Dementia Hwbs).
An enhanced DBS check is required for this role, and the closing date for applications is 3pm Friday 28th August 2026. This post is published to support people living with dementia in Swansea.
