Part-Time Activities Coordinator for Care Home

Hartford Care is seeking an Activities Coordinator for Primecare, SS16 4QL, part-time, 20 hours per week (includes alternate weekend work). You will provide stimulating activities for residents, tailoring each to individual interests to improve quality of life while upholding privacy, dignity and independence.
