Compassionate Home Care Assistant – Training & Growth

AQS Homecare is seeking Home Care Assistants to join our team in the Eastleigh area. We offer permanent, full-time positions with pay rates of £14.00 per hour on weekdays and £14.20 per hour on weekends, with enhanced rates on Bank Holidays. Training is provided and Enhanced DBS checks are paid.

We value kindness, empathy, and commitment to helping vulnerable adults stay safe and independent at home. Evening and weekend shifts may be available, with 24/7 support from our local management.
