Experienced Social Worker – Adult Care & Wellbeing Flexible

Northumberland County Council is seeking experienced social workers to join the Adults, Ageing & Wellbeing Directorate in Blyth. The role focuses on short-term interventions to prevent or delay the need for ongoing care, using strength-based approaches and community assets.

You will conduct assessments, balance autonomy with supervision, and work under Advanced Social Work Practitioners and a Team Manager while applying Care Act obligations.
