Education IT Technician – Multi-Site Support (London & Essex)

Teaching Personnel is seeking an IT Technician to support staff, students and visitors across Greater London and Essex. The role covers 1st and 2nd line IT support for PCs, laptops and AV equipment within multiple school sites.

You will manage Active Directory accounts, Microsoft 365, and basic network troubleshooting while delivering a high standard of customer service in an education environment.
