Ministry of Justice’s Family Services is seeking a Contact Centre Agent 2 in Birmingham to support Help with Prison Visits, Find a Prisoner, Victim Helpline, and Visit Booking enquiries. You will process applications, handle enquiries, and provide general office support in a busy public-facing environment.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong organisational and IT skills, and the ability to work to high quality standards in a flexible, hybrid working pattern. 37 hours per week.
