Resident-Focused Asset Investment & Data Coordinator

Watmos Community Homes is seeking an organised and proactive Asset Investment Coordinator to join the Asset Management team. You will coordinate contract administration across planned investment workstreams, maintain asset data, and support the delivery of performance reporting to help ensure projects stay on time and within budget.

This role requires strong administrative and IT skills, data management experience, and excellent communication with residents, contractors, and stakeholders.
