The Role
Work 4 nights per week: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Work 21:00 – 07:00. Complete a high volume of milk deliveries, potentially up to 350 drops per night. Pay & Progression
£14.00 – £16.00 per hour, depending on experience. Candidates with previous experience doing the exact same type of high-volume multi-drop milk delivery work may qualify for the premium rate. Candidates without direct milk delivery experience will be considered at the standard rate. Temp-to-perm position for candidates who demonstrate the required performance, reliability and commitment.
What We’re Looking For
- 25 years of age or over (insurance purposes)
- Full, valid driving licence with no more than 6 points.
- Proven experience of prolonged night driving.
- Direct milk delivery experience is highly desirable.
- Physically fit and capable of completing a demanding number of drops every night.
- Comfortable working at a fast pace for the full duration of the shift.
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently.
- This is not an easy delivery role.
- The successful candidate must be physically capable of completing a high volume of drops, be comfortable with prolonged night driving, work efficiently under pressure and maintain a consistently high standard throughout every shift.
