Practice Managerresponsibilities and skills:
- Delivering industry leadingpatient care in your practice
- Review, monitor and plan to ensure delivery ofincome targets of the practice (including recruitment, marketing,diary book management, patient recalls, take up and treatmentplans)
- Ability to motivate, lead and engage a team of 7-15colleagues
- Collaborating and influencing conversations to driveforward business priorities
- Proactively marketing your practice to drivepatient numbers
- Ensuring the practice meets CQC and legislativeguidelines as the CQC registered manager – find out moreinformationhere
- Effectively manage the recruitment & selection forall practice staff
- Utilising Bupa products and services tomaximise revenue
- Confidence in using computer software’s and communicationvia emails/telephone/Microsoft teams
- Previous dental experience desirable but wealso welcome applications from successful managers from otherbusiness settings
