General Manager – Swansea Hospitality Lead

Cosy Club Swansea is preparing to welcome guests this Autumn, and we are seeking a passionate General Manager to make the new opening exceptional. You will lead the site with energy, charm and a hands-on approach, shaping every shift into a memorable hospitality experience.

Expect base pay up to £48,000 with a Tronc share (£6.5k–£9.5k) and a bonus potential up to £6,000; overtime paid at the standard rate, and plenty of staff perks starting from day one.
