Associate Director/Manager Debt Advisory

A leading London-based European Debt Advisory team is expanding and seeking an ambitious professional to join its growing practice.

Working alongside highly experienced advisers, you’ll support boards, management teams, and shareholders on complex financing transactions across the UK and Europe, with particular exposure to France, the Benelux region, Switzerland, Italy, and Spain.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in the execution of a diverse range of transactions, including:

• Growth capital
• Asset-based lending

Responsibilities will include:

• Presentation preparation
• Business plan analysis
• Market research
• Financing analysis

• Knowledge of debt markets and lending structures
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
