Lead Data & ML in London: Real-Time Personalization

Dex in London is partnering with a fast-growing platform to build its first dedicated data and ML presence. You will lead the London data and ML function from day one, growing a team from a single hire to ten over the next year while staying a hands-on contributor.

You will drive applied ML initiatives around reward optimisation, real-time personalisation, and offer ranking, review designs and code, and translate business priorities into technical plans that deliver measurable company outcomes.
