Senior Banking & Finance Associate (Hybrid)

Mic helmores is a dynamic, forward-thinking law firm looking for a Managing Associate to join our Banking team in Bristol or Exeter on a hybrid basis. You will lead finance transactions, draft and negotiate facility agreements, and advise lenders and borrowers on complex arrangements.

The role requires a strong track record in banking and finance, with at least 7 years PQE, and the ability to mentor junior lawyers while developing new business. Flexible working patterns are encouraged.
