Senior Asset Manager – MRICS, Property Strategy & Leases

Adur District Council is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to join the Place & Economy Directorate. Based in Shoreham-by-Sea with hybrid attendance in Worthing on Mondays, Wednesdays and an additional day, you will manage a diverse commercial portfolio and contribute to strategy delivery.

You will lead landlord and tenant matters, undertake financial analyses, prepare committee reports, and collaborate with Property and Investment Managers on projects across the South and beyond.
