Senior MMIC Engineer – GaN/GaAs RF Pioneer (Hybrid)

Leonardo UK in Edinburgh is seeking Senior/Principal Microwave Engineers to join our radar division. You will design MMICs using GaN or GaAs, deliver RF circuits and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate into larger systems.

Based at our Edinburgh site, you’ll mentor junior engineers, conduct RF testing, provide manufacturing data packs, and help shape design standards while working in a hybrid environment with strong security clearances.
