VTE & Anticoagulation Specialist Nurse

South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust seeks a flexible Band 6 nurse with an interest in anticoagulation and DVT to join our Haematology and Oncology teams on-site. You will provide expert anticoagulation care, work within MDT, develop clinics, and contribute to education, research and audit, with opportunities for leadership and non-medical prescribing.

The role requires autonomous practice, excellent IT skills and a passion for improving patient care.
