Banana Moon Day Nursery in Hounslow is seeking a dedicated Room Leader / Early Years Professional to lead our Preschool Room. You will plan and deliver high-quality early education, mentor your team, and collaborate with parents to support each child’s development.

The role requires an Early Years Professional status (Level 6) or equivalent in Early Childhood Education, with strong leadership, safeguarding knowledge, and excellent communication. Salary is £30,000–£33,000 depending on experience.
