Hybrid Resourcing Lead: Talent Attraction & Recruitment

Pertemps is partnering with Buckinghamshire Council to recruit a Resourcing Lead on a temporary basis. The role supports the HR & OD team across multiple service areas, leading end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning initiatives.

The successful candidate will manage permanent, fixed-term and temporary campaigns, collaborate with hiring managers, drive market mapping and talent initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement across recruitment processes.
