Online Fulfillment Leader – Picking & Delivery

Sainsbury’s is seeking an Online Store Manager to lead the in-store online picking and delivery operations, coordinating a team of shoppers and drivers to ensure a smooth and safe shopping experience for both online and in-store customers.

You will coach, develop and manage a large team, drive performance against KPIs, and collaborate with store management to optimise overall shopping experience. This role involves early morning shifts and hands-on leadership in a busy retail environment.
