Service Designer – Shape Public Services (Hybrid)

North Yorkshire Council is seeking a Service Designer to join the Transformation team in the Northallerton-based role. You will contribute to designing and improving services that affect thousands of residents, working in a collaborative multidisciplinary team and developing your skills under experienced colleagues.

You will help teams understand user needs, map current services, identify pain points, and test better ways of working before changes are made.
