Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to clients on a variety of international mobility issues.
• Oversee complex global tax projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery to major organizations.
• Manage a diverse portfolio, assisting both inbound expatriates to the UK and UK outbound assignees.
• Lead client engagements related to expatriate tax and global mobility.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of complex assignments.
• Offer strategic guidance on tax planning and compliance for employees working internationally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Identify and manage risks, conducting effective reviews and escalating issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with specialists in personal tax, employment tax, immigration, and reward to provide comprehensive solutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients at all levels, demonstrating a strategic mindset and commercial awareness.

• Proven experience in managing complex client portfolios.
