IT Engineer | £40,000 – £45,000 + Company Bonus | Hybrid | MSP
This role offers a varied technical environment where you’ll help design, improve and support business-critical infrastructure while driving efficiencies through scripting and automation. The Role
You’ll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organisation’s core IT infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable and high-performing network and systems environments. Working closely with technical teams across the business, you’ll contribute to infrastructure projects, cloud adoption and ongoing automation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and support enterprise LAN infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot routing technologies including OSPF and BGP.
- Develop automation using PowerShell, Python or Bash.
- Administer Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Support Microsoft 365, Intune and Entra ID.
- Contribute to infrastructure improvement and cloud migration projects.
- Maintain system security, performance and availability.
- Produce technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Work collaboratively across infrastructure and IT teams to deliver technical projects.
