Global Finance Director & ERP Strategy Leader

Monta is seeking a Director of Finance to own group financial control end to end, reporting to the UK CFO. You will lead the close, consolidation, VAT and revenue judgment calls, and oversee payroll, AR and AP across multiple entities and currencies.

You’ll partner with FP&A, drive AI-enabled finance solutions, and manage external auditors (PwC). This is a hands-on leadership role built for scale in a hybrid London setting.
