Chief of Prudential, Enterprise & Climate Risk

Leeds Building Society is seeking a Head of Prudential and Enterprise Risk to shape how the Society manages prudential, enterprise and climate risk. You will provide independent second line oversight and drive risk reporting across critical areas to ensure long-term resilience.

You will own risk frameworks, report to executives and Board, and coach teams to deliver high performance and sustainable outcomes for members and stakeholders.
