Novo Nordisk is seeking an Associate P&O Director, Site UK R&D in Oxford on a 1-year fixed-term contract. You will partner with UK R&D site leadership, drive P&O operations, design organisational development and engage senior leaders to shape a high-performing organisation across Oxford and London.
