Strategic Sales Director for ME & HVAC

MBN Solutions is supporting a leading Mechanical Engineering and HVAC business within Facilities Management in search of a Sales Director. You will lead and build ME & HVAC routes to market frameworks, consultant relationships and key account growth beyond the existing region.

You will own tender leadership, drive new business creation, implement a robust CRM and forecasting rhythm, and coach the sales team to create proactive opportunities across public sector frameworks and advisor networks.
