Regional Sales Director – North & Central Growth Leader

Brakes is seeking a Regional Sales Director – North & Central based field/home-based across North & Central England. You will lead the Regional Sales Managers and a ~100-strong team, delivering growth and modernising the approach.

Reporting to the Independent Director, you will execute growth plans, balance profitability with customer needs, and collaborate with HRBP to develop leaders. A strong track record in foodservice sales and leadership is essential.
