ams OSRAM is seeking an experienced Head of Trade Aftermarket to lead the UK Aftermarket Business Unit. You will manage a team of five, drive growth across key customers, and own P&L responsibility. The role covers omni-channel trade, retail, and e-commerce with strong commercial focus.

The position involves strategic planning, negotiations, and close collaboration with Product and Marketing teams to deliver annual promotional plans and strong market execution.
