Hybrid HR Partner & Operations Manager

NEBOSH is seeking an HR Business Partnering and Operations Manager to provide senior HR capacity during a period of transition, strengthening the People service across the organisation and partnering with senior leaders to improve HR delivery.

The role blends operational delivery, team leadership and business partnering, with a focus on payroll, lifecycle activities and policy compliance, using data to improve outcomes and decision-making in a hybrid Leicester setting.
