Strategic HR & People Lead — Multi-Site, High-Growth SME

The Talent World is assisting Warrington-based, multi-site SME with recruiting a true generalist People & Culture Lead to work alongside a Fractional CPO. You will shape HR policy and strategy, own recruitment and onboarding, oversee training and engagement, and drive compliance and governance across a dynamic business.
