Executive Nurse Leader – Womens & Children’s Division

University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its senior clinical leadership as Deputy Divisional Nurse Director for the Women’s and Children’s Division, covering neonatal services and gynaecology.

You will work with the Divisional Nurse Director and be part of the senior management trio to influence strategic direction, with responsibility for governance, mentorship, and improving patient pathways across multiple sites.
