Family Support & Early Help Specialist

Lancashire County Council is seeking a Family Support Worker in the Early Help Service – Education and Children’s Services. You will hold caseloads, deliver personalised family interventions, and work with schools and partners to co-produce action plans that improve outcomes for children and families.

You will undertake early help assessments, maintain records, and contribute to safeguarding, equality and health and safety commitments. Roles include some evenings and weekends.
