We have Full Time Roles across

• Kettering Centre (Rockingham Road), Burton Latimer, Thrapston and Desborough
• FULL TIME DAYS 37.5hrs a week
• Shifts are working both Earlies and Lates, 5 x 7.5hr shifts a week, both 7.00am-2.30pm and 2.30pm-10pm (Includes alternative weekends).
• £12.71

• Permanent Contract, guaranteed hours.

• You will be tasked with assisting with the residents care plan, delivering the highest standards of personalised care to residents. Ensure that at all times residents are treated with respect and dignity, and that individuals rights to privacy, dignity, independence and choice are met.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• One Year minimum experience of working in a social care environment (Essential).
• Must have a FULL UK Driving Licence
• Have a caring nature and possess a willingness to develop new skills.
