Refuge Support Worker: 24/7 Safety & Wellbeing

Springfield Domestic Abuse Support Services is seeking a Refuge Worker to provide high-quality domestic abuse support in a 24-hour refuge for women and children. The role includes delivering group and 1:1 sessions, organizing wellbeing activities, and welcoming residents into the refuge.

You will contribute to safeguarding, maintain confidential records, and ensure the accommodation is safe and secure at all times, including sleep-in shifts to cover annual leave and sickness.
