Empathy-Driven Community Support Worker

Lancashire County Council is recruiting for Support Workers in the Lancaster and Morecambe Domiciliary Service within the Adult Disability Service. You will work in people’s homes, bringing a caring, positive approach and helping with day-to-day routines.

Training is provided and opportunities to progress through NVQ qualifications are available. The role requires 37 hours per week, with some sleep-ins and weekend work.
