Independent Community Nurse – In-Home Care & CPD Growth

A Band 5 Community Nurse position is available with Aneurin Bevan University Health Board, based in the community in Wales. You will assess, plan and deliver evidence-based nursing care directly to patients in their own homes, enabling independence and safety.

An induction programme and CPD training support continuous professional development. The role requires working with GPs and multidisciplinary teams; you will maintain detailed visit records to ensure high-quality care and continuity.
