Urgent Care Assistant – Clinical Support Worker

University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay is seeking a Clinical Support Worker for the Urgent Treatment Centre in Lancaster. The role is Band 3 (NHS AfC) and full-time, with 37.5 hours per week, including long days, weekends and night duties.

You will work alongside nurses and ANPs to provide safe, patient-centred care. Ideal candidates will be caring, adaptable and calm under pressure, with strong communication skills.
